How we run residential building work in London.
Most homeowners do not want to hire a builder, an electrician, a plumber, a plasterer and a decorator separately and then manage them. As residential building contractors we take on the whole job, from the first survey to the last certificate, and we are responsible for every trade on site. That means one contract, one programme and one person accountable for the quality of the finished work.
One point of contact
You deal with one person from start to finish. They book the trades, order materials, keep the programme moving and tell you what is happening each week. Questions get answered by someone who knows the job, not passed between firms. Decisions and changes are confirmed in writing so there is a clear record.
Fixed written quotes
Every project starts with a site visit and an itemised written quote. Structural work, electrics, plumbing and finishes are priced separately so you can see where the money goes, and the quote comes with a programme showing the order of trades. If you change the brief, the change is priced in writing before it goes ahead.
Building Regulations and certificates
Structural alterations, new circuits, drainage changes, new windows and loft conversions all need Building Regulations approval or a registered installer's certificate. We arrange notifications and inspections, and hand over the electrical certificates, gas safety records and completion certificates you will need when you sell or let the property. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and electrical work by registered electricians.

We cover all 32 boroughs, with most of our work in west and south west London, and we plan for these things, from scaffold licences to working hours in managed blocks, before work starts so they do not hold the job up.

We take residential building work across all 32 London boroughs. Most of our work is in west London, in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chiswick and White City, and in south west London, in Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also work in south east London, in Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham.
