Do you offer agent and portfolio-landlord accounts?

Yes. Repeat clients get a single account manager, agreed turnaround targets and account pricing across the full mix of refurbishment, void turnaround and compliance work.

How fast can you turn a void around?

A standard void (clean, paint, light snag) is usually 3–5 working days. Heavier voids with kitchen or bathroom work run 2–3 weeks. We can hold slots for trusted partners.

Can you handle a portfolio EICR/CP12/EPC run?

Yes. We schedule batch compliance work across portfolios with one invoice, one account manager, and certificates returned within 24 hours of the visit.

Do you invoice the agent or the landlord?

Either. Most agents prefer us to bill the landlord directly with their reference; some prefer a single monthly account invoice. We work to whatever your reconciliation needs.

Do you take on developer second-fix and finishing work?

Yes. Project-managed second-fix, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, decoration, certification — anything from shell-and-core to handover, programme-locked and fixed price.
