CCTV that actually covers what matters.
A camera in the wrong place is money wasted. We survey the property first, work out the angles that matter, then install, configure and hand over a system you can actually use from your phone.
Surveyed first,
then installed properly.
We walk the property and work out where cameras genuinely need to be: entrances, blind spots, bin stores, parking.
Cameras matched to the job, not a one-size box. Low light, wide angle or number-plate capture where it is needed.
Cabling run and made good, power and network sorted. Surface run neatly or concealed where the building allows.
Recorder sized to the retention you need, so footage is still there when you come to look for it.
Set up on your phone before we leave, with the app configured and tested, not left for you to work out.
Written handover, positions recorded, and someone to ring if it stops doing what it should.
From survey
to handover.
We attend, look at the property and agree what the system actually needs to cover.
Cameras, recorder, cabling and labour itemised in writing. No day rates.
Cabling, mounting, power and network. Tidy runs and everything made good.
Configured, tested, app set up on your phone, and a written handover.
Answered
plainly.
For your own property, generally no. If cameras capture anything beyond your boundary, such as a shared drive, a pavement or a neighbour's garden, you take on data protection duties under UK GDPR. We position cameras to minimise that, and tell you plainly where a view creates an obligation.
Fewer than most people are sold. Coverage comes from position, not quantity. A survey usually shows two or three well-placed cameras beat six badly placed ones, and we will say so.
That depends on recorder capacity, camera count and resolution. Around 30 days is typical for a domestic system. Tell us how far back you need to go and we size the recorder for it.
Yes. We set the app up and test it with you before we leave, on your own phone, so you are not left with a manual.
Yes. Communal areas, entrances and bin stores are the usual asks. For a block there are extra data protection considerations and we will walk you through them.
All 32 London boroughs, with a focus on west and south-west London.
Tell us the property
and we will survey it.
A site visit, an honest recommendation and a fixed written quote. London-wide.
What good CCTV installers do differently.
Most disappointing CCTV is not a camera problem. It is a siting problem. A camera mounted high and wide gives a pleasing overview and a face nobody can identify. Installers who know what they are doing put at least one camera at head height on the approach to each entrance, where it will actually capture a recognisable face, and use the wide views for context rather than evidence.
The other things that separate a system that works from one that merely records are the cable route, the storage and the light. Cable run properly and terminated in an enclosure rather than surface clipped. Enough recording capacity to still hold the footage when you find out a fortnight later that you need it. And cameras chosen for how dark the approach really gets at night rather than how they look in a showroom.
Areas we cover.
We take CCTV installation work across all 32 London boroughs. Most of our work is in west London, in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chiswick and White City, and in south west London, in Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also work in south east London, in Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham.
If your property is outside these areas, call us anyway. We travel across London and will tell you honestly if a job is too far to price properly.
