About kitchen renovation

Design, supply
& fit.

A kitchen renovation is one of the most complex domestic refurbishment projects, requiring coordination of multiple trades — plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and fitting — in a precise sequence. We manage this in-house, so you deal with one team rather than coordinating separate contractors.

We work with all budgets and specification levels, from a straightforward unit replacement with new worktops through to a full open-plan kitchen-diner conversion including wall removal, structural steelwork and high-specification finishes.

Most kitchen renovations are completed in 7–14 working days, depending on scope. We protect all surrounding areas throughout and remove all waste.

Why choose us

Why London
homeowners choose us.

01
All trades in-house

Plumbing, electrics, tiling and plastering are carried out by our own teams. No subcontractors means better coordination, cleaner handovers between trades and a single accountability.

02
Fixed-price contracts

Once scope and material selections are agreed, you receive a fixed-price contract. There are no surprise additions unless the scope changes.

03
Open-plan conversions

We carry out the structural element — wall removal and steel beam installation — in-house alongside the kitchen fit, avoiding the need for a separate structural contractor.

04
Design support

We can advise on layout optimisation, unit selection and worktop and tile choices, saving time if you don't want to use a separate kitchen design service.

Common questions

Questions
answered.

Do prices include kitchen units?
Labour is included in the price. Units, worktops and appliances are priced separately based on your selections. We provide a combined total once selections are confirmed.
Can you remove a wall to open up the kitchen?
Yes — wall removal and steel beam installation is work we carry out in-house, and we regularly combine it with a kitchen renovation. The structural element is priced separately and included in the same contract.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
For a standard refit the kitchen is out of use for approximately 5–7 days. For a full renovation this extends to 10–14 days. We advise on temporary arrangements as part of the planning discussion.
Do I need an architect for a kitchen renovation?
Not for a standard kitchen renovation. If wall removal requires structural engineering calculations we commission these on your behalf. Full planning permission is rarely required for internal kitchen works.
Can you work in a flat with a management company?
Yes — we regularly work in managed buildings. We coordinate with managing agents on delivery times, lift usage and waste removal as part of our standard process.
