Bathroom Renovation London.
Full bathroom redesigns, strip-outs and refits. We handle everything, design, plumbing, tiling, electrics and decoration, with a single point of contact and one fixed price.
Design, supply
& fit.
A bathroom renovation involves much more than swapping a bath for a shower. It requires coordination of plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, electrics, plastering and decoration. We manage every trade for you, giving you a single point of contact and one fixed price.
We work with all budgets, from a straightforward suite replacement with new tiling through to a full redesign with bespoke storage, underfloor heating and large-format porcelain tiles. We can advise on sanitaryware selection and tile sourcing if needed.
Most standard bathroom renovations are completed in 7–10 working days. We protect all surrounding areas and remove all waste, leaving the space ready to use.
Why London
homeowners choose us.
Plumbing, tiling, electrics and plastering are all handled by trades we know and trust, which means better coordination and a cleaner finish.
Once we have agreed the scope and your material selections, you receive a fixed price. There are no surprise additions unless you change the scope.
Every shower enclosure and wet area is fully tanked before tiling. This is a step frequently skipped by cheaper contractors, the cause of most bathroom leak failures.
We work with several tile and sanitaryware suppliers and can help you source materials within your budget, saving the time of visiting multiple showrooms.

Design, sequence and what a bathroom refurbishment involves.
A bathroom is the most serviced room in the house for its size, which is why a bathroom refurbishment is less about the suite than the order the trades come in. Design first, then first fix, then tanking and tiling, then second fix. Moving a soil connection or a waste run is easy on paper at the design stage and expensive once the floor is back down.
Design
We measure the room and work out what actually fits with the door swing, the window and the existing services, then agree a layout before anything is ordered. Most disappointing bathrooms are the result of a design decided from a showroom photograph rather than the room. Small bathrooms in London flats in particular live or die on a few centimetres either side of the basin.
First fix and waterproofing
Walls opened up, pipework and cables run, and any framing built. Wet areas are then tanked before a single tile goes on. Tiles and grout are not waterproof. The membrane behind them is, and a shower that leaks into the room below is almost always a tanking failure rather than a tiling one.
Installation and finish
Tiling, then the suite, screen, taps and accessories fitted, silicone finished and everything tested under use. Our fitters leave the room clean and working rather than clean and nearly working, and we tell you before we start how many days the bathroom will be out of action so you can plan around it.
Areas we cover.
We take bathroom renovation work across all 32 London boroughs. Most of our work is in west London, in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chiswick and White City, and in south west London, in Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also work in south east London, in Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham.
If your property is outside these areas, call us anyway. We travel across London and will tell you honestly if a job is too far to price properly.
