Do you work outside normal business hours?
Yes — we regularly carry out commercial works evenings and weekends to minimise disruption to business occupiers. Out-of-hours working is factored into our quotations.
Can you manage all compliance for a commercial building?
Yes — we manage EICR, fire alarm servicing, emergency lighting, PAT testing and EPC renewal under a single compliance contract, with all certificates stored in a client portal.
Do you work with managing agents?
Yes — we work with many London managing agents and property management companies on both reactive and planned maintenance contracts. We provide named account management and consolidated monthly invoicing.
Can you carry out a CAT A or CAT B office fit-out?
Yes — we carry out both CAT A (base build) and CAT B (occupier fit-out) office refurbishments. We manage all trades in-house or under our direct management.
Do you provide references from existing commercial clients?
