Full-house refurbishments in London typically run from £40,000 for a flat refresh to £150,000+ for whole-house renovation with structural work and high-specification finishes. We give a clear, itemised fixed quote after an initial site visit.
A single-room renovation is usually 2–4 weeks. A whole-house refurbishment is typically 8–20 weeks depending on the structural element and finish level. We agree a written programme up front.
Yes. We coordinate structural drawings, building-control sign-off and party-wall matters where required as part of a single managed contract.
For light works, yes — we phase the programme to keep one or two rooms usable. For a full strip-out it's usually more comfortable to move out, but we'll talk it through case by case.
