We handle the full project from concept design through to planning permission, structural engineering, build and all finishing trades including electrics, plumbing and plastering. This avoids the complexity and risk of managing multiple contractors.
Most single storey rear extensions fall within Permitted Development rights and do not require full planning permission, though a Lawful Development Certificate is advisable. Double storey extensions almost always require planning consent, which we manage on your behalf.

Design and build, or build to your drawings.
There are two ways to get an extension built and they suit different people. Design and build means one contract from first sketch to handover, with us coordinating the architectural drawings, the structural calculations, the planning or permitted development route and the building control sign off, then carrying out the work. You have one point of responsibility and one programme, which is usually the right answer when the extension is straightforward and you want it managed.
The alternative is that you appoint your own architect, get the design and the approvals in place, and we price and build from their drawings. That suits anyone who wants a particular designer, an unusual building, or a scheme where the design matters more than the programme. We are happy either way, and we will tell you at the first visit which one we think fits what you are trying to do rather than pushing you towards the one that suits us.

We take house extension work across all 32 London boroughs. Most of our work is in west London, in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chiswick and White City, and in south west London, in Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also work in south east London, in Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham.
