Paddington sets grand period terraces and garden squares around Bayswater against the modern towers and flats of the Paddington Basin regeneration.

That gives two very different jobs: period-flat and house refurbishment on one side, and contemporary new-build fit-out on the other. Much of the older stock is leasehold and within conservation areas.
