Commercial roofing London:
leaks stopped,
roofs repaired.
Water through a ceiling closes a shop floor, ruins stock and puts tenants on the phone to the managing agent. We stop the water first, trace where it is getting in, and fix the cause. Then we put the roof on a schedule so it does not happen again.
Flat, metal and pitched,
and the gutters between.
Commercial roofs in London are a mix. Flat roofs in felt or single ply on shops, offices and blocks.
Water out first,
then the cause.
Leaks are triaged in our opening hours, Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm.
Two visits a year
prevent most call outs.
Most leaks start with something a routine visit would catch: leaves in an outlet, silt in a box gutter, a lifted flashing after a storm. Roof visits can sit inside a wider property maintenance schedule.
Older industrial roofs are often asbestos cement sheeting. If the roof is pre 2000 and the work will disturb it, an asbestos survey comes first.

Commercial roof repair, leaks and gutters.
Commercial roof leak repair
A leak often shows metres from where water gets in. We trace it through outlets, upstands and flashings and repair the cause.
Commercial flat roof repair
Splits, blisters and failed laps on felt, single ply and liquid roofs are repaired in kind. If a flat roof is worn out, we price an overlay instead.
Gutter lining
Rusted or cracked box and valley gutters are cleaned, dried and lined, with outlets checked so water clears.
Industrial roof repairs
Fixings, laps, rooflights and cut edges on warehouses and units, with safe access around fragile sheets.
Where we work
Commercial roofing across London, including Finchley and north London, Kensington, Earl's Court and Belgravia, for shops, offices, mansion blocks and mixed use buildings.
The commercial roofs we repair and maintain.
Felt and built-up roofs
Common on older shops, offices and blocks. Blisters, split laps and failed upstands are repaired in kind, and badly worn areas can be overlaid where the deck is sound.
Single ply membranes
PVC, TPO and EPDM roofs. Most leaks come from punctures, failed seams and detailing at outlets, which can be repaired without replacing the whole roof.
Metal and profiled sheet roofs
Corroded fixings, failed lap seals and cut edge corrosion on industrial units are treated and sealed, and damaged sheets replaced.
Pitched tiles and slates
Slipped slates, ridges, valleys and flashings on mixed use and residential blocks, together with the gutters and parapets that serve them.
Surveyed, made safe, repaired and reported.
Survey and report
We inspect the roof, record the defects with photographs and set out what needs doing now and what can be planned.
Access and safety
Scaffold, edge protection or powered access are arranged to suit the building, with a risk assessment and method statement before work starts.
Repair or overlay
Repairs are carried out in the material the roof is made of.
Sign-off
You receive photographs of the finished work, which managing agents and landlords can keep with their maintenance records.

Areas we cover.
We take commercial roofing across all 32 London boroughs. Most of our work is in west London, in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chiswick and White City, and in south west London, in Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also work in south east London, in Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham.
If your property is outside these areas, call us anyway. We travel across London and will tell you honestly if a job is too far to price properly.
